Le FAFCEA est l’Organisme Paritaire Collecteur Agréé (OPCA) des métiers de de l’Artisanat.

Il a été fondé en 2008 sous la forme d’une association loi du 1er juillet 1901, en application d’une ordonnance des ministres en charge de l’Artisanat et celui de la formation professionnelle.

Le FAFCEA a pour mission les financements des formations des entreprises artisanales ayant un code NAFA (Nomenclature d’Activités Française de l’Artisanat) cité dans dans cette liste.

Au sein du FAFCEA, il existe trois commissions techniques qui représentent trois secteurs d’activité :

Commission du secteur BATIMENT,
Commission du secteur FABRICATION ET SERVICES,
Commission du secteur ALIMENTATION.

Chaque secteur a des conditions et des critères de financements de formations des artisans distincts que nous allons décrire ci-dessous.

Aussi, la prise en charge financière concerne aussi bien les artisans, leurs conjoints collaborateurs ou associés et également leurs auxiliaires familiaux.

L’ensemble de nos formations peuvent ainsi bénéficier d’un taux horaire de 25€, qu’importe le secteur d’activité.

Pour bénéficier des financements des formations des artisans avec le FAFCEA, il faut remplir plusieurs conditions :

1 : Fournir un formulaire de Demande de Prise en Charge dument complétée

Avant la formation, PlancheContact vous fournira un document PDF qui est un formulaire de Demande de Prise en Charge. Celui-ci sera déjà pré-rempli avec les informations que vous aurez normalement déjà renseigné sur l’extranet du FAFCEA.

Si vous n’avez pas encore de compte sur l’extranet du FAFCEA, nous invitons à le créer de suite. Car cela accélèrera le traitement de votre dossier tant chez PlancheContact que chez le FAFCEA :

Pour trouver votre code NAFA, veuillez consulter votre extrait d’immatriculation au registre des métiers (document D1) ou sur votre carte d’artisan. Ce code est composé de 4 chiffres et de 2 caractères. Attention, le code NAF ne contient qu’une partie du code NAFA.

2 : Avoir contribué au financement de la formation professionnelle

Chaque année, le chef d’entreprise d’une société artisanal reçoit un appel annuel à la contribution au financement de la formation professionnelle par l’URSSAF, en général en fin d’année.

Aussi, pour les entrepreneurs qui sont sous le régime de la micro-entreprise (auto-entreprise), la cotisation est un pourcentage prélevé sur le chiffre d’affaires déclaré.

Ainsi, le chef d’entreprise d’une société artisanale non salarié (et leurs conjoints collaborateurs ou associés et de leurs auxiliaires familiaux) peuvent bénéficier dès le début de l’année suivante (cotisation en 2022 pour bénéficier de financements dès le 1er janvier 2023) sont éligibles aux services du FAFCEA.

Et pour les entrepreneurs en régime micro, c’est dès le premier euro de chiffre d’affaires qui permet d’être éligible aux financements des formations des artisans par le FAFCEA.

Vous devrez avant toutes formations, délivrer une attestation URSSAF attestant que vous avez contribué au financement de la formation professionnelle.

Pour obtenir ce document, il vous suffit de vous rendre sur le votre espace personnel sur le site de l’URSSAF. Vous trouverez un lien pour télécharger cette attestation au format PDF.

Aussi, dans le cas où vous ne pouvez pas obtenir cette attestation dans les temps, PlancheContact vous fournira une attestation sur l’honneur à compléter et à signer pour qu’il puisse le remettre au FAFCEA en cas de contrôle.

3 : Délivrer un extrait D1 de moins de 6 mois au début de la formation à financer

À compter du 1er janvier 2023, le Registre national des entreprises (RNE) est devenu l’autorité principale pour l’immatriculation des entités économiques en France, centralisant toutes leurs informations.

Il est important de distinguer l’extrait d’immatriculation du RNE de l’extrait KBis, émis par le Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés.

Les Chambres des Métiers ne fournissent plus le document D1. Pour consulter votre extrait d’immatriculation, rendez-vous sur https://data.inpi.fr/ en utilisant votre numéro de SIREN pour une recherche optimale.
